ya im making a new skin, and im asking this...

all i have to do on the unit is draw lines and fill in colors... is that all i have to do?

I guess it would be better to you to grab Image Extractor and then extract a BLP (Texture), saving it as TGA and use that as a base for your new skin.

have u made skins, wut program do u use?

The best program to use is probally Photoshop 7 but paintshop pro can also be used, as im sure anything else besides paint can be also.
