Features: Fate Of Arkidas is a campaign which is mainly a exciting rpg campaign which though has it's main story. It is not too different from the Rexxar campaign. It will have experiencing optional quests to solve with rewards which will help you through the campaign. The spells/skills in Fate Of Arkidas are ALL triggered, most triggered in JASS! Explore and fight in snowy lands, deserts or in the natures paradise!

Progress: Unfortunately the progress isn't very much because of lack of members and due to bad time of start(WOW was released short after it started) Though, 4 maps have been fully terrained and the 4th map is being terrained now. 4 spells have been made, which are all made in JASS and are very different and exciting! We are planning on making some additional systems but unfortunately I can't inform you about them. We are also planning on making a travel system to go back to certain maps with a user friendly way.

It must be tiresome to say that to every new thread people make.. You should really ask someone like Draco to make somekind of BIG info screenie to the thread making screen, so people wouldn't do this kind of things which will never be compleated.

No offence, Arkidas. This kind of big projects just usually tend to fall on their butts :P

Arkidas

Edit:Sorry this is more like the beginning, enjoy!:

Theres a giant storm over whole Martish land this dark day. Farmer named Arkidas is moving weapons for the army in South-Martish land for the king. and food supplies for the yearly big celebration in Marthi'k city.
Thunders hit near Arkidas's wagon, but he doesnt care, really then he doesn't care about anything, he is just a normal poor farmer in a small village. in 3 days Arkidas is half the way, suddenly he hears someone calling: Hello there! hey you! Arkidas looks behind and sees a old man that could truly be a sorceress. Old man:Excuse me friend, are you going to the south? Arkidas: Y..Yes I am, do you need a ride? Old man: Yes I would really appreciate that. Arkidas: Very well, you can be in the wagon. Old man: Thank you, you can be sure that you will need my help later, Arkidas: .....

2 days later.

Old man: I can walk to my home from here my friend, but take this talisman you can use it if you need my help. Arkidas:..... Yes fine, good luck. Old man: farewell..... Wait, what is your name son? Arkidas: I am Arkidas, poor farmer in Avane village in the north. Old man: Very well, my name is Kelgor, and I am sure we will meet again, oh I must go now I am late already, farewell Arkidas! Arkidas: Goodbye Kelgor!

The Next day.

Arkidas thinks: Well I can see Marthi'k city now, I will be there in few minutes. Oh what a life, I move supplies all over the land for low price because of slow moving. When Arkidas arrives to the city, he gives the supplies to the army camp general and prepares to travel back to his village. But then he sees a beautifull woman, he has never seen such a beauty before. He walks to the woman......Arkidas: (embarrassed) um, eh Greetings my lady, my name is Arkidas. Do you need a man to go with you on the celebration tonight, I mean if your going you know...?
The Woman: um, my name is Elfya(embarrassed) yes I am going to the celebration....and yes I haven't found anyone to go with me yet.....so yes it would be great to go with you!
Arkidas: Very well my lady, ; ) I will meet you at the fountain right here tonight then. Elfya: Yeah, (embarrassed) see you tonight.

The Night:

The city was beautiful this night, Arkidas was waiting at the fontain for Elfya........Elfya: (Calling) hey there Arkidas! Arkidas: Oh hello Elfya, good to see you again. Elya: I can say the same....
Well what should we do? Arkidas: What about going to the dance house? Elfya: Yeah, that sounds great......

They dance and have fun for several hours.....
It was getting really dark outside and a storm was arriving....
Suddenly they hear the Army General:

Army General: The city is being attacked by the evil army of Faledur!!!(Faledur is a land in west, people of Faledur are undeads, People of Faledur and People of Martish land have been in war for 60years.)

Army General: Women and children go to the hole, men come here and get a sword!!

Arkidas:Elfya, go to the hole I promise I will be back. Elfya: I dont want to leave you Arkidas..... Arkidas:Go fast! You are not safe here! *BOOM* the wall have been break ed! Arkidas: GO NOW! Elfya: Promise me to come back......
Arkidas: I promise!.....*Gets a sword* and starts fighting. They are near winning the war but suddenly the Army General calls:NO! They are attacking the hole, meet there now! Army General Of Faledur Calls: We lost this battle, but we didnt lose the war, *kidnappes a few people from the hole and take them with him on his wyvern* Faledur General: Wyvern soldiers, kidnap as many people from the hole as you can, others run for your life! Arkidas: I dont have a bow....I cant help anyone now.... Suddenly he hears. Elfya: ARKIDAS help! Arkidas: look behind, NO ELFYA! (She was been kidnapped bu a wyvern soldier) But it was too late, the wyverns were already too far away to track.....Arkidas: Elfya..... I promised to come back to you again and I will....
Well This is the beginning, anyone interested now?

Fladian	As Junior ^^ said here, "Is that all?" Ark. I never claimed you would fail, I wouldn't even dare to say it without any comments on a story or what so ever at that time. Also, remember that the creator always think their story is the best, don't get too confident with your story by saying "I can promise you that the story is great".

Arkidas	-.- When you make cinematic in warcraft you make one unit speak at a time, thats why I did it like "Arkidas:(text)" I hope you can understand the story though, I can convert it to non-dialog like but wouldnt that be useless? anyway doesnt anyone want to join me?

Yes, well, telling a story and telling a cinematic of warcraft are two different things. Here, take him as an example:

What Metal Sonic posted is an accurate story and well explained. Though naturally, it has a few flaws, but who dares to say it is perfect?
I have no comments about the story itself, (you may consider it good or bad) but it is an example of how to write it.

Arkidas

Arkidas is a farmer in Avane village. He often moves supplies for the army or for the city. When he is moving army and food cupplies to Marthi'k city, a old man asks for a ride to south Marthi'k land. Arkidas feels that okay and takes the oldman to the south. when they are in 1 day length to Marthi'k city the old man says he can walk the rest himself, thanks for the ride and went off the wagon. When Arkidas arrives to Marthi'k city he gives the supplies to the general and teh food supplies to the city master, theres a yearly celebration in the city tonight so they needed a lot of meat. When Arkidas is preparing to go back he sees the beautifullest woman he has ever seen. He asks the woman for her name which is Elfya. He then asks if she would like to go with him on the celebration dancing tonight. She appriacates that and they decide to meet at the citys fountain. On the night they meet and go to the dancing house and have several hours of fun there. But suddenly, people of Faledur attack the city, women and children are ordered to go to the hole for more safeity, Elfya goes there after Arkidas promised her to come back to her. The men of Marthi'k city fight well for a long time until the Feldur's surrender, but when they were fighting the wyvern soldiers were kidnapping people fomr the hole, one of those who were kidnapped was Elfya. Arkidas id not going to fail his promise, he is going to find and save Felya....of ALL COSTS!
