Starcraft Barracks not Working

I have found a barracks model... (yay!)

Now, I found a map with the actual model inside. I copied its design, but can't get the model to work in my map...

I added all the files to the import manager.

"war3imported\barracks.mdl" I changed to "barracks.mdl" (i did this to all files)

But, it doesn't work. Does anybody have any idea why?

Did you even restart world editor ?

what about the .blp?, just dl the full model from that link, and not strip it from a map...
