Guest | Before I quit Warcraft3 a while back, I was working on a rather large map project myself called Peon Wars which was somewhat like DotA. I protected the map by imported a text file and renaming it to whatever the protection tutorial said to, mainly because I wanted people who tested the map with me on bnet not to be able to see all the not yet implemented things yet. Well a format later, I asked a friend to send me map so I could work on it again... you know where this is going,. The only copy I have left is the protected version, thus I can't work on it... any way to remove the protection? I couldn't find anything by doing a google/search on these forums. -Thank you |

Guest | Never mind, I used common sense + winmpq to fix it. can't wait to release this map to you guys when it's done :) |

Guest | If a map can be unprotected with WinMPQ we could be in trouble lol. Well, I'm sure you didn't use one of our current protectors. |
