problem with the model in game

i have a problem : when you choose unit in war3 you see his face in the miniscreen , when i choose my custom model i see only dark ! plz anybady help me!!! :(

It's because you don't have a camera in the model and portrait anims for the model.
What software do you use, 3ds max?
