A Shroud of Darkness

A prophecy was spoken,
A child that will destroy all that is good,
She must be killed,
But even then,
Can the prophecy be changed?

After the final prophecy, the first wizard was sent to kill the child. Her father defended her with his life, but still he failed. The first wizard felt sorry for the young girl, and erased her memory and left her far from her home, but even had he killed her, prophecy can never be changed. The child was found by an old man, who took her to live with his wife and himself. The child grew and became a women just before the old man died. She kept to herself, spending most of her time in the forest hunting.

After a long day of hunting the child now a women returned to her home, only to find the village in ashes. The few left cluttered together around the bodys of their loved ones.

After helping to rebuild the village for several days, a band of the kings soldiers come to the village. After a long talk they tell the villagers that the Dark Order has returned to wreak havoc on the lands once again. Sarina decides to follow the knights to exact her revenge, but controled by anger she strays from her path and the prophecy may forfill itself.

This will be an RPG campaign. It will follow the events in the childs life. Her name, or so she thinks is Sarina Stoneforest.
