Landscapes, people, objects, animals, or what do you want? Or maybe a little of everything?

Is it the same if i draw pictures based on photos, not reality? Doesn't my skills advance in the same way?

It is not drawing that improves your skills, but understanding for your work. You have to see and realize what you are doing, what you did and what you could do better. Critisize yourself and always go for perfect. If you only draw a pic, then draw another you'll get nowhere, but if you analyze your works and seek for needs of improvement you should get going fine. And then there really is no matter what you are drawing, people, sceneries, buildings... I would recommend to practice on everything you'll feel like drawing.

yea, mostly draw wathever you like, you have 2 kinds of drawings choice btw, creation and realism

Creation need some understanding of how ''the thing you want to draw is made'' because you create it from nothing with no inspiration picture (i like this a lot)

While im not much a fan of realism, its somewhat needed for creation, just draw something you see, from a photo or so...
