Help with Freezing Ground Spell

There is a spell called freezing ground, which is part of a download pack called random spells. I got it working just fine, but every time I use it, my farm upkeep increases by 1. I've looked the ability over and the trigger and can't find what is causing it. Anyone have any ideas?

Look for the dummy units and just set their food cost to 0.

OMG, I swear I did that already and I even thought to do it, but couldn't remember what the unit was. Anyway, that was it. Sorry for the dumb question =)
