how do i import models in wc3 world editor

well the title tells what i want to know so plz give me feedback

Elven Ronin
1) Open the import editor
2) Import a model in either .mdl or .mdx format
3) import skins in .blp format
4) change directories of the skins to the nessecary paths. it varies from model to model.

yah i know but when ever i put it in the import option it dosent come up in the placing unit window what do i do?

ok i put it in the import i click open file and bring the model out (do the models in this site that i can download alredy have skins?) but its just a file wut do i do this is where im stuck

Read the tutorial at Wc3search. Most people don't have the patience to answer questions like this, so it's best if you learn to do it yourself.

ok this is wat u do.
1) Download the file into ur wc3 folder (this i feel is the best u can do)
2) Extract it
3) Import everything in the folder u dled
4) Change the paths
5) Set it to a unit.

Use a viewing program (ex: Warcraft 3 Viewer - sorry don't have a link) to see the normal directories.
