Alright so when you have a hero and you use an item w/ an ability, it sometimes has to cooldown. All the items in my map don't display the filter thing for the cooldown over the item icon and i need to know how to display it. Please help.
I believe whichever ability is listed first in the abilities on the item is the only one that will show the cooldown timer. If the first ability is a passive, then you'll never see the shaded clock.
