Help Please its been a Year!

I would just like to ask everyone a question.

It has been a good year or more since i was skinning and would like to ask once again what programs i need to skin modles from WC3.

I already have PSP7 so now i just need to know once again what i need to skin and import them into my games.

If there is a tutorial around about how to get started or something close to that could you link it to me please it would realy help alot its just been so long.

I know that my skins are goin to suck at first but i want to get back to my Great Stage again so if anyone could help even if a Moderator could tell me best way to go about skinning that would be great.

If this helps lol the last thing i remeber was someone created a viewer that you could see your modle in 3d form and then i went away and now im not sure where to get the tools or what to do with them anymore ehe.
