Loading Screen/Mini Image?

I know this has been posted before, and there's probley an FAQ for it, but I cannot find them! I need to know how to import a custom loading screen background, and how to change the image of the map terrain when your looking to select a map. So if theres a link for it, please post it. Thanks.

the easiest way i've found is using WEU, when you go to create new map in the WEU dialog (not world editor) there is a thing where you browse for your image (must be .blp format i think) and it automatically sets it to the loading screen, same with minimap.
