Exporting MDX files from Gmax

After i have a model, animations and texture how to I export this as a MDX file?
Im trying to use a "MDX ImporterExporter v2.0" that I got from a Gmax pack I dled some where. when i try to export I get an error; -- Runtime error: Feature not Available: "fopen write mode". This has to be some kind of error, why would a script called ImporterExporter not have a function to export.

If theres a nother or better script that exports I would like to know it please. =þ

If you downloaded the gmax pack you should have dex script and if you have that use it to export the model as and mdl file and then use yobguls file conveter to make the mdl an mdx.

Use this tutorial for more indpth explantions.
