If i try to convert an image I've made in Photo-paint from TGA to BLP with Image Converter II, Wc3 won't show my images. Is there any other program that converts images to BLP, and still make them recordgnizable to Warcraft and WE? Thankful for any help. |

War3 and WE use BLP. That's the way it is. You'll need to convert it back afterwards, |

I know that War3 and WE uses BLP. The problem is that the BLP:s that I get from Image Converter II is invalid to Warcraft III, and thus are not seen in the game. |

keep on mind that you muts keep the TGA as UNCOMPRESSED and also make sure yoi didn't mess up with the alpha channel. |

It is uncompressed. And with the alpha channels, if I add one, Photo-Paint says alpha channels cannot be saved in TGAs. |

You don't have to add a new alpha. The exported TGA from Image Extractor comes with an alpha channel. TGAs can have alpha channels. I think the problem is with your software, coz Jasc Paint Shop Pro can read the alpha channels from TGAs. |

Thank you. I'll get ahold of Paint Shop Pro and see if it gets better. |

Edit: It would seem that there is a trial version of Jasc Paint Shop Pro available. I've downloaded this program. Tried to convert .TGAs into .BLPs, and it works! Thank you BlacKDicK! Something to make this post more relevant: I would request ImageExtractor to have a new feature in the future, to add an alpha channel to all alphaless TGAs that it imports. It would really help!
