I'm not sure if I can fix it, but here is what I recommend. Find out what video card you are using, and download the latest patch. For example: I have a NVidia GeForce2, so I would go to NVidia's website(do a google search) and click "Patch Video Card" or "download" or something. Follow the directions it gives you, and eventually it will give you a program. Download it and run it. That will patch the video card. The reason for doing this is that it increases the ability of the card, and if you are having errors, it might run faster or better which sometimes fixes it. There were a few games I couldn't play until I downloaded it. |

Getting new drivers is no guarentee though. I've got an older game that will only work with 3 year old video card drivers(around the same time as the game). It crahses on startup when i use brand new ones. But it seems like it would make sense if missing software is your problem. Hmm... Have you tried installing/playing from that disc on any other computers? |
