I Need Ideas ... Please

Ok, here we go. My idea for a map (please don't steal it) is a map where all the quests are randomized and so are all the dungeons. The only problem is I have a very weak imagination. Put simply, I need ideas for quests, tilesets, heroes, basically everything. Please feel free to give me input, and if you have questions that my answers can help with, please feel free to ask.
