Name your Hero?

I have know experiance in triggers whatsoever, so I'm asking if its possible to manually name a hero through triggers. In a text message, you type the name you want and it sets it as the Hero's name, just wondering if this is possible :P

I think you can. If you can switch the player name, you might be able to change the string name of the hero. Im at school right now, so I can't search for the triggers. When I get home I'll look for you.

there is no way to change the name, its been asked numerouys times... and alot of wish we could.

Don't let them discourage you, i think there is a way if as soon as you type the heros new name you save the hero to the game cache, then reload it with the new name. Theres bound to be a way.

Yes that would work. If the player can only pick a few names...

But else, you will have to create names for each hero with all the letter combinations that exists!

Here's my alternative. Feel free to use it just give credit to me. Of course I will add a way to delete your name and to rename yourself.
