That can be tough to do. If you open up the starfall missile art, you can see the model is made specifically to fall like that. So you can just change it to a grunt, and make a spell that rains grunts on people. You're mostly limited to other models made for that, like blizzard, rain of fire, infernal.

But i think it involves changing the art - effect. Just create a new effect under the buffs section, or edit the existing starfall one.

They could be glowing snails. Tyrande might be lying about it to save face.

to edit the art that is falling from the sky... goto the tab Buff/Effects and look at the starfall part, and edit that...

xplaining a bit further on Logik's explanation, if you change that art in the Starfall buff, then it will reign down whatever you put there. You could put sheep, and it would rain sheep isntead of stars.

I don't think so anub'arak. if you set the art to sheep, it will just create sheep right on top of the target units, and the sheep will promptly explode. Unless you use the falling sheep model.

The ability starfall really only works properly for certain models, like rain of fire, blizzard, monsoon, ect, because those models are made for it. If you pop one open, the projectile is already falling. Starfall doesn't make the projectiles fall.

However, there is a falling sheep model (originally for use with Polymorph) which can be quite entertaining. It is, though, done to death.
