If you have two copies of the same map, yet one has different changes than the other, how can you move them over to the other map? Lets say one map has extra triggers/units, and the other has new sounds/music... Any way to move triggers/units/etc to another map? |

I think you can copy anything into the clipboard and then paste it in the other map |

What if you have multiple people working on the same map? It would help to be able to move multiple objects into another map! How do people get away with more than one people working on the map? |

Guest | Have you ever tried going to File - > Export I **THINK** thats were you would export stuff, not sure though o_O |

ALL the trigger Data can be exported in one file. Same with Object data. Importing it into a new map however will overwrite the existing data so there is effectivly no easy way to merge object or trigger data. |

IF two guys work in the same map, and both do 2 different modiffications at the same time, using the import/export all object data would replace some of the abilities with others. |

Thank you BBDino for providing mature, helpful replies. Everyone else is just being a smart ass. I'm not lazy, and I know about export. If export didn't overwrite previous changes, of COURSE I would use it you ding bats. A friend and I both, at times, find it unpredictable to determine who is editing what (due to lack of communication I guess) but at times we both would like to work on triggers or units at the same time. This means I would like to import my changes without overwriting his. Perhaps I could code an application for this :) |
