http://www.wc3sear.ch/?p=Maps&ID=3990 Check it out, feedback would be helpful. It is the very first Beta, tell me of any bugs please :\ It is a DOTA style map where you are a tinker. Every unit in the game is a goblin. You use "morph cores" to transform into different forms. You start with a Tank morph core and a Battleship morph core. Right now, the only other morph core is the Ice Tank. Expect MUCH more in the future. Another thing: Energite takes the place of lumber, you can mine energite from Energy Fissures around the map. You need energite to buy morph cores and cast an ability called Energite Beam. So check it out and tell me what you think! |

Hmm... sounds interesting, but shouldn't this be under the Maps in Development section? |

I played it and found a few bugs... #1: The Tinkers ultimate ability doesn't target non-organic units. So it doesn't target the golems, that where re-modeled... The smashers. #2: When your in the tank form or battleship, and you click on the Core item that allows you to change into the battleship or tank, it just turns you back into the Tinker, and you just wasted 20 or so seconds of your time. Other then that, heres my opinion on it... So far its good.. Needs more changable forms... little unbalanced heroes. The heroes are a little to strong for the regular units, or they get too strong. Suggestions- Instead of the, Energy rocks or whatever you mine them from, disappearing, you should make the Gather ability have a 120 second cooldown, and make it so the mine can be mined forever. I found it kinda sucky only 1 person being able to mine it every like 5 mins. Hope I helped. |

Energy mine thing sounds great, I'll do that. Yea, heroes a bit overpowered, not exactly sure what to do about that though. Less xp rate? Or should i lower their stats. Already fixed the Energite beam :) it can target mechanical now. There will definitely be more forms available. I am planning on (in addition to the basics and Ice tank) a Flame Tank, a Tesla Tank, maybe an air form or two. Team-specific quests will grant access to a Submarine for the Lunas Clan and for the Solas, a very fast flying vehicle called the Interceptor. I could use ideas for more forms, as that is about all I got right now. |

you might want to fix the targetting a bit. it's impossible to target air units. And for some reason it plays the tinker's death animation when he transforms back to tinker form. And are those support columns supposed to be a repair bay? doesn't work. And, even after i blew up the enemy lunar well, it didn't end the game. or do you need to kill more of the enemy base? and there are a bunch of energite mines, scattered everywhere, not just one in the middle. And for the last time, it's not DOTA style, it's an AoS. dota is a map, AoS is more a type of map. If you call it DotA it just makes it sound like a rip off. Which it really isn't. |

Okey Dokey :) I'll stop saying DoTa style Yes, there are still many things to be done. I was planning on making an item called anti-air missiles that would allow an air attack. And yea, you can't win yet, I plan to do that today. |

Hmm, haven't played it, but it looks pretty cool. I have some model suggestions for you though, Oink's Goblin Contraption: could be used as a weak melee unit or a summon. (Downloadable at Wc3Sear.ch) Cookie's Goblin Blitzer: You have the Blaster, why not use this one too? I have the model kickin around, I'l post it if you have Cookie's permission and/or you need it :) Wc3player3's Goblin Spidermech: This one is nice. Heavy melee mechanical unit, downloadable at Wc3s... Whitehorn's Goblin Scorpimech: I believe this one is downloadable at the Hubb. Another really neat mech, very versatile. Pheonix-IV's War Turtle: A newer one downloadable at the Hubb, looks awseome, it's a giant turtle with a cannon on it's back, comes in three colour variations. Alfred's Golem Dragon (I believe he made it): Yet another cool mech, same comment as the others. I also noticed some models weren't working, ie. the Goblin Tower. You may need to import Blizz's Orc Car skin for it, but i thought it would work without... Remember to keep it within reasonable size though, you don't want to be on the borderline :) |

I have seen them all, exept the dragon. The Scorpimech is AWESOME but the file size is huge. War Turtle also, GREAT model but huge file size. Yea, I have been trying to get ahold of the blitzer. Cookie gave me permission a long time ago he just doesn't have the models, he lost them reformatting his computer or something. Could you post them here or send them to [email protected] please? Yea, I can't import the orccar file cuz I cant find it in any of the mpq's. Doesn't matter tho, I was going to take it out because of the gargantuan file size. Death Animation: Yes I know I have no idea why it does that. Can anyone help me? |

Here it is: All credit to Cookie, screenshot and import thing is his also. I grabbed it off the old DL section here. Btw, you can export the orccar.blp skin from Azeroth Grand Prix, or download the model from Wc3Sear.ch (If I get any requests to remove these I will certainly do so :) |

Thanks alot. EDIT: Ahh help! I imported all the files exactly like they are supposed to be and it still won't work! I even checked the .mdl file, I have them exactly right, but it still doesn't show up in game! |

Hmm, some of the files are already imported, assuming you have the Blaster imported, I think they use some of the same textures. |

Okay, I just imported everything all over again and it works now! Huzzah! |
