Guest | I have seen some RoC maps that use skills that are from TFT. Like I know Doomsday's Stand uses Silence. So I went into my SLK and pasted in a TFT skill. Then I put the new SLK into my map. If I load the map in RoC I can see the ability when I go to learn a new skill. But if I click on the ability my hero never actually learns it, he uses the skillpoint, but if I go back to the learn skill screen it says I never learned the skill and it never shows up on my hero. If I load the exact same map in TFT the skill works fine in every way. Any help? Please don't tell me to just make it for TFT, that doesn't help me at all. |

Guest | I'm throwing in a wild guess. But I think that somewhere in the map preferences, you can choose if you want it to be playable on the latest patch, TFT, or RoC. I guess you can make the map with TFT stuff, and then make the map playable for RoC. I'm not sure, though. |

@Satanas no its latest patch or the original TFT. U can't set the editors object data to ROC. @BlueGrue I have no idea. Are u sure they didn't just trigger the spell in their ROC map. Although thats very complicated for ROC versions. |

Guest | All right, my mistake. Haven't opened the bloody editor for like 8 months now... |

well, i do know some map protectors that will write a .w3x, the TFT map format, as a .w3m, the RoC map format. I'm not sure why, but it happens. |
