Need Assistance.

I hate to ask it, but could someone who is good with photoshop, or anything like it, do me a favor and edit this Image. By any chance could you add borders, and cool looking text at the top that says "The Unstoppable War RPG". Resize it, so it fits the loading screen. I wanted it for my custom loading screen. Thx in advance. Ill add rep for anyone who does it.
