I just started making a map. but i had one little problem.

You can buy items in the shops that once used cause a massive Trigger-Based effect. but i had problems with one of them, it's supposed to make all enemy units become slowed by 25%, 50%, or 75% depending on which you use.

Another one i had problems with was one that would be cast randomly in game that would deal 400 damage to 20 random units. Help would be appericated.

I use similar slow-type items in a couple of my maps. You can check out the mini game thread just below and in the attached map file the item Wand of Shivers accomplishes a goal somewhat based on your concept. Basically, when used, do Unit Group - Pick every unit within X range of hero manip. item matching condition picked unit is "enemy". Then, Unit - Set movement speed to (Arithmetic) Picked Unit current movement speed minus Picked Unit Default movement speed multiplied by either (.25, .50, or .75).

As for the second one I'd have to have editor open to tell you exact trigger because I haven't done anything of the sort lately.
