War3file Converter problem

well, it's my first time to try modelling and i tried to use yobgul's w3fileconverter but when i tried to convert an mdx to mdl it says:

error reading model file

MDLFile overrun total file size

any help?

Guest	Mmm, never seen this error before. It seems to mean that the filesize is too big. What were you modelling?

Guest	That's strange, i can't convert it too, but it seems a regular footman to me; even the size is the same. Exactly what changes did you made, and with what program?
