Does warcraft keep track of a units health after it hits 0 (eg. in the negatives).
Like if It was at 100 health and it took 150 damage, does wrcraft realize that it went down to negative 50 health or not?

Thats an interesting question.

Its very easy to test yourself you know.

Event
Unit dies

Actions
Display for Player 1 "dying units life"

That sort of arrangement. Then u can find out yourself in game.

I don't think so I think it's that 0 is the lowest (tohugh you can set their health to -100 but this would instantly kill the unit.) But keep record I don't think so :D

Setting their life via trigger or unit damage to 0 or less will kill them, but setting the unit's life in the object editor to a negative value will mean they are unkillable, since they never hit 0, I suppose.

Cool! I didn't know that! (I know this isn't my thread but) If the unit gets healed up to 0 does it die?

That trigger keeps reporting back zeroes when A unit dies, So I guess it answered my question. THanks.
