Glow Under Heroes?

All heroes have a glow under their model. Does anyone know if this glow comes standard with the heroes, or can it be removed/disabled?

it comes with the unit model, the only way to disable it is to replace the team glow images with transparant images which would remove all the glows from all heroes.

or you could change the model, if you know how

i wouldnt suggest doing that, espacially if ur map is for bnet, also if u change the color of the unit to natural passive (black) the glow will be less visible.
