I need someone to make custom mods, someone to make music, and possibly someone to make us a website. And this doest require a member of the team, but it would be nice if we could get a banner! BTW this is actually gonna be 3 campaigns. Theres gonna be one for each book. I know I know this is a pretty big undertaking and it may take some time but it'll be cool when its done! |

Guest | Do you have any idea how many people tried this, and failed? Doing a proper and full Lord of the Rings mod is IMPOSSIBLE. But anyways, maybe you'll surprise us all and actually go somewhere with this. So I'll give you a few tips in case you do. First of all, what the hell are you going to do? You're asking for a team in your first post, but what about you? You're not just going to sit on your hands are you? Second, what have you done so far? This is a common mistake people do, they start posting "I want to start a project", when they've started nothing. Third, what do you want exactly? Moddelers, what kind of moddelers? Geoset-mergers? Or pure moddelers? Heh? Hows the project going to be? RPG? Strategy? Or something entirely different? How many people do you need? You get the point. |

well moddellers are pretty hard to come by, and i don't feel like modding LOTR, so be prepared to improvise and read fladian's FAQ in the team discussion forum... |

Probably the Campaign Gathering forum that was removed since people (and I) didn't see the difference between the Campaign/Team Gathering forum anymore. I never knew the difference either anyway :P Models for LotR can be found nearly everywhere. Make a decent search and I can guarentee you to find multiple models of them. And like Satanas kindly explained. Every bit of information helps, and like Darkhorde mentioned as well, "READ THE FAQ, damn you" :P But more importantly. Even with a memory of a boiled potato, I can remember a thread like this before that I closed about 2 or perhaps 3 days ago with the message of that people should finally read the FAQ or anything of such kind of things.
