event:When upgrade is finished

i need to know how to make an event that is activated when an upgrade is finished. Also, is the condition to specify the type of upgrade "tech-type comparison"???thanx in advance!

i got it, lol, took me about half an hour, but i finally found it as "Unit-Player-Owned Unit Event" ^_^ sry guys
