Stupid Trigger Problem - Help!

Ok this is a spell that im making, and im so bummed that it doesnt work, and its supposed to work !@#$

im trying to make a dummy caster to use Rain of Chaos on a target point.
I made a region, and even i tried setting a variable.

I dont think i need to put the trigger here
everything works perfectly, the dummy unit is created, but the only problem is that when he is ordered to Special Archimonde - Rain of Chaos - Center of Region,
or even Center of SpellAOE (variable of target point of ability being cast), it doesnt do it! it just creates the dummy and gives him the ability, but the order doesnt work, i tried to order the dummy myself and it works.

the main spell is Cluster rockets, i centered a region on it and tried to make the dummy use Rain of Chaos on that region. I also added special FX of frost nova on the region, they all work, the only thing that doesnt work is that damn command!
wtf is wrong?

rain of chaos is based on "ability for unit creation", when i try to add the ability for unit creation on the caster which is inferno, it works, but creates only 1 unit. i need to know how to make the dummy cast the rain of chaos through trigger.. apparently Archimonde - Rain of Chaos wont work.

First I would like to mention that this should be in the Trigger Haven section.
You obviously remove the unit after you have casted the spell right? If so, Rain of Choas is a spell that has to have atleast like 10 seconds to finish casting, if you remove the unit before, he wont cast the spell at all.

no i even tried it without removing him, i tried to make him cast it, and make it stay for 10 seconds, it just wont cast

and btw i just tried it WITH removing the unit and it didnt disappear.

I have the same issue with trying to use a dummy to cast rain of chaos. It seems like something about the 1.18 patch garbled it up, it worked fine for me before. I can't figure out how to trigger the use of that ability anymore. I eventually did it another way, out of nessecity. It doesn't work even close to how rain of chaos works, though, so i won't bother mentioning it.
