New Project: Soccer game

I am a new member here. Here is my first post. I hope to get lots of knowledge here and turn my idea in to a success.
Ok, so my idea I got from an already existing map. That map is called World Cup of Warcraft. It is a bare bones soccer map. It has few functions. But, the game concept is really good. And although this game is far from professionaly done, I keep playing this game all the time. It is just that it is not spread around very much so it is not very popular. So heres my idea. The game would be a soccer game.
Features:
- 1-6 players for each team.
- real soccer goals
- real soccer ball
- peasants with custom skinned jerseys
- option to manualy control goalie
- custom terrain, soccer turf and boundry lines
- arcade rules, simpler and more fun
- custom sounds
Game play:
- pass, automaticly passes to nearest teamate
- long pass/shoot, you hit the button, aim at a place on the ground, and your guy kicks it to that point. This is done with a lot more velocity than just a regular pass, also the ball is lobbed in the air so you can kick over opponets head.
- header, your player jumps in the air and can hit the ball with his head or possibly hit it with his head and score a goal
- sliding tackle, your player gets a more speed than usual and if you come in contact with the other player you knock the ball away
- also, just running up and over your opponet will steal the ball away
- goalie is on auto for default, and option to control manualy

I am good at terraining and have a good understanding of photoshop. I need some people who are interested in this map to help with this project. I need someone who can trigger this map. Also need someone who can model and skin a soccer goal and skin the uniforms for the peasants. I know exactly how I want this map to be. I just don't have the skills to do it myself.
