Exporting while keeping directories ??

How do i export files to a folder but keep the directories or custom file names, then retain those when i export them back as an MPQ or all together?

This seems to keep the directory intact. As for keeping the directory intact when you put it back into the MPQ, I'm pretty sure any old MPQEditor does that.
