Munits walk on high doodads/structures?

Ive made a city in the air, its like really high up, now ive made all the doodads, and structures ive used walkable, but whenever i put a hero on them, he gets placed underneath them or on the ground,

will i have to change there flying height to make it seem there walking on it?

That's what I'd do. The only problem might be that the shadows won't be displayed.
