Well first off you have to get wc3 Image Extractor 2. Use this program to extract the skin of the character you want. Now take it into a program like Adobe Photoshop and erase the weapon in the picture. Use image extractor to turn the file back into a .blp and import it into your map. Now you just need to set the file path right and it will alter that unit so it doesnt have a weapon. The only you will run into is that heros have "Hero Glow" on their weapons so when you remove it there were still be a wierd glowing look sticking out where the weapon used to be. Im not really sure how to remove that though.

Well, that would work, but if you want a model edited you should:

dl Oikerwinkle's vertex modifier and Yobgul's converter. Convert the model to .mdl and import it in the vertex modifier. Go find the weapon (if it isn't there you should switch geosets) and delete it. (If you want to delete the glow you should delete that too, but it is useally in another geoset.)

thanks alot guys rep for both of you,

im not sure if im goin to remove the glow on the weapon or not, ive made an rpg where when u pick a weapon, it actually appears in the heros hand, ill probly remove the glow seeing that all the weapons are not the same length, width ect
