Odd bugs in birth, stand, and death animations?

I have three models. A trap door, a sliding wall, and a TV (for someones loap map).

They all have the same three animations.

Stand - Wall is closed, trap door closed, TV is on, etc.
Birth (nonlooping) - Closes trap door and wall
Death (nonlooping) - Opens trap door and wall, TV in an 'off' state.

And I'm using this.
TV off, Door and Wall open: Set life of (destructable) to 0.
TV on, Door and wall closed: Ressurect (destructable), show birth animations

HERE is the problem.
-When you click the tv and move it around a bit in the editor, it turns on and off, and sometimes is unselectable.

-The trap door and wall, if you delete it, it stays around, and there will be multiple trap doors with the same doodad number. Say, 3 trap doors. One trigger for (destructable) but if you delete any of them, it will say 'Trap door 0135 is in use by trigger'. Now, how can all three be the same one?

Why are these models buggy? Its just basic animations, but there all BUGGY?
