Portal model

Linera	I'm looking for a model that looks like the instance portals from World of Warcraft. Here is a screenshot if you don't know what I'm talking about: Instance Portal Screenshot I'm no good at making models, I'm hoping someone can make this one model for me.

Cookie	Provide me the blizzard blps in tga format and then perhaps this is doable (will look shitty ingame though as you watch it from first person perspectie in wow, but birds view in here

Guest	Though Windrunner is right (no requests here...) ill attempt this because it looks fairly simple. All i want to know is what animations do you want on it and do you want me to include a frame or just the blueish part

that might be hard to get precious few have the old WoW MPQ's
