Guest | Ok so heres what i think will be the continuation: (cinematic) As Kelv and Hordric pass thru the gate, they suddenly start to hear voices. Kelv: You heard that? it sounded like a ghost! Hordric: Yes, i heard that, it sounds eeriely familiar... (voice is heard again) Kelv: There it goes again... Hordric: OMG! NOW I REMEBER WHAT IT IS! (short flashback to battle in the forest, you see Hordric right before he is pwned by rouge, and you hear the voice) Hordric: Ahh! NO! (Hordric passes out) Kelv: Uh oh, this is not good... (Kelv is shown carrying Hordrics body, but right before he gets thru the gate, it suddenly closes, and Kelv has to do battle with a sprit) (Battle Progresses, Kelv keeps on missing, and the sprit is damaging him good. On the fifth shot that Kelv tries, however, he manages to hit the spirit, dissapating it) (after battle Kelv sees an old book) Kelv: Hrm... This book seems to have an ancient power to it... (Picks it up and opens it (can be achieved by casting stance), and it starts to glow) Kelv: Hrmm... I think i can read this... Kelv: (some magical words i cant think of) (Kelv shudders) Kelv: Wow, i felt power surging through my body right there, maybe i should yell it or something... (Kelv yells out the words, suddenly a blinding light is seen on Hordric's body, reviving him) Hordric: Whoa where am I? One second im in heaven, the next im back here Kelv: Wow Hordric: ? Kelv: This spell works! Hordric: What spell? Huh? (Kelv shows Hordric the book) Hordric: Ugh not more of this old language stuff... Kelv: Its a spell, and it revived you! Hordric: Amazing! (Kelv is seen flipping thru the pages) Kelv: Hrmmmm Theres nothing else... Kelv: Look theres something else here i can read! (Kelv yells it, but it doesnt seem to work) Kelv: ... Hordric: We musnt waste anymore time, the princess is in grave danager, remeber? Kelv: Yes, we must stay true to our duties... (cinematic off) EDIT: OK i thought of something! (You have to continue ur way thru the cave to Slyannos whatever you call it, and you reach the end. As you go thru, u find urself in Slyvannos whatever you call it) (town has everything the first town has, except at the armoury the new items, instead of leather and other organic stuff, u have: Katana (Kelv only) Atk + 6, Special ATB recharge x 2 when u use it, Cost 350 Giant Sword (Hordric only) Atk + 8, Cost 350 Bronze shield (Kelv only) Def + 2, Cost 200 Bronze helmet Mdef + 4, Cost 250 Bronze Chestplate Def + 10, Cost 375 Bronze Guantlets Dodge + 2 Def + 1, Cost 225 Regular Rod (Mages only, from the first town) dmg + 2, skills: Cure (cures target of any type of poison), Cost 125 Leather Robe (Mages, Rouge, Archer only) Def + 4, Mdef + 4, MP + 10, Cost 250 Leather Hood (Mages, Rouge, Archer only) Mdef + 6, MP + 5, Cost 225 Leather Magic Gloves (Mages, Rouge, Archer only) MP + 5, Cost 200 Oak Bow (Archer only) Atk + 6 ) (cinematic) (For some reason, the town has no guards) Kelv: Strange... Where are all the soldiers? Hordric: I dont know, lets check around (Check around, asking villagers, they all dont know) Kelv: Lets try the castle Hordric: How are we supposed to get in? Kelv: Ah well lets try anyways (They find the castle gate open, suddenly they hear a familiar voice) Female Voice: Hordic! Im down here! Hordic: Where? Female Voice: In the dungeon! Hordric: Kelv comon lets save whoever she is... (They travel to the dungeon, where they find the guards asleep, they steal the keys) Hordric: Myrana! Myrana: Hordric! You must hurry! The king has started marching to Dallharn!Hordric: OH MY GOD! Kelv lets go! QUICKLY (don't worry u have no time limit, like in Zelda: Link to the Past, no matter how fast you get to the castle, princess Zelda is captured, so you can buy some weapons and armour for Myrana before u leave) (cinematic off) (You travel thru the cave again since you dont know how the gate works) (cinematic) (Once you get to the town, you find it too late. All the buildings are on fire, and most of the villagers slaughtered, you hurry to the castle) (Once in the castle, you are immidiately arrested, and your gear is taken) (In prison cell) Kelv: hrmmmm... Maybe i can break these flimsy bronze chains... (SNAP) Kelv: Ok there we go Hordric: Wheres the princess? Male Voice: I saved her from her cage, dont worry. Kelv: Show yourself! Lothar: Calm down its just me... Once i heard of a secret, unguarded passage from this dungeon to the forest, but you see, long ago, half of this dungeon was abandoned because of some strange noises heard by the guards, which would allow a chance for the prisoner to escape. Kelv: Who cares? I took down a spectre once... Lothar: Ah well ok lets go (You find your equiptment on a nearby rack, along with another set of armour and a hammer that none of you can use, except Lothar) Lothar: Meet what i once used to be, a great Paladin Edit #2: Note to self: Look carefully =.= And here some stats: HP, MP, Atk, Def, Skills(MP cost, effect) (at level 1) Lothar: 95, 21, 3, 2, Bash(6, Atk + 3 15% stun, which causes opponent to be not able to move next turn), Divine Shield(20, Def + 10 for 2 turns) Myrana: 52, 45, 1, 0, Magic Bolt(6, Matk 4) Rouge (you'll see him soon enuf): 65, 13, 4, 1, Windwalk(5, Atk + 2 next turn) Archer (You'll see her soon enuf): 56, 16, 5, 0, Call of the wild(4, calls her wolf to attack for 3-9 Atk) Lothar's Equiptment: Bronze Set (As seen in shop #2) Lothar's Hammer Atk + 8 Rouge's Equiptment: Leather set (from shop #2) Firebrand's Dual Blades Atk + 5 Archer's Equiptment: Leather set Regular Bow Atk + 5 (note: im not sure if its balanced) Kelv: Ok so what are we waiting for? Male Voice: Me! Kelv: ..? Male Voice: Hordric I KNOW WHERE YOU LIVE so let me out of my cage Hordric: ..? Male Voice: ... You dont remeber me? Hordric: ...? Male Voice: The guy who pwned you? Hordric: ..? Male Voice: Do I have to spell it out for you? Im the rouge R-O-U-G-E Hordric: Ohhhhhhh I see, why sould i let you out? Rouge: Because I decided to go on your side. Kelv: ... Rouge: Ok let me explain... (flashback ensues) (in Dallharn Town) Captain: Firebrand! Get over here! Rouge: Yes captain? Captain: Firebrand I told you specifically NOT to release Sylvannas Windrunner from the dungeons Firebrand: But I thought you said realease everyone... Captain: But nothing! GUARDS SEND HIM TO THE DUNGEON (flashback ends) Firebrand: So you see, thats why I want to be on your side... Kelv: Whoa hold on a second whos Sylvannas Windrunner? Firebrand: That would be the old queen, but the king exiled her Kelv: Why? Firebrand: I think it was because she saw the king with another woman, and she was about to kill him when a guard came in. Hordric: Oh yea I remeber! I was hunting in the forest when my party saw and captured her Lothar: Wait... I think i hear a guard... we should leave now Kelv: Agreed! (cinematic off with) (you fight your way thru the abondoned dungeon) Monsters: HP, Atk, Def, Special (Note: This is what I'm going to use to describe both monsters and bosses) Spectre: 5, 6, 0, 80% dodge Ghost: 50, 5, 0, 50% damage reduction Banshee: 100, 5, 0, 35% dodge Shade: 150, 6, 0, 10% damage reduction 10% dodge Wraith: 250, 6, 0, ----- (at the gate) (cinematic) Hordric: Not more of this mumbo-jumbo language... Kelv: Hrmmm... It says something something something pass something gate, something must something the guardians Lothar: Hrmmm... Lets see what I can read... In order to pass the gate, you must something the guardians... Kelv: Hrmmm... What... Hordric: Dont look now, but theres a monster behind you! (battle ensues) Forgotten one: 750, 9, 0, Spawns a Tentacle Every 2 turns Tentacle: 100, 6, 0, ----- (After you win you get 3 potions, and a rusty key) Kelv: Hrmm... We destroyed the guard... Myrana: Umm... Kelv... (Kelv turns around, and sees a Revenant, battle ensues) Guardian #1: 1000, 9, 3, Poisons(-2.5 HP/turn) (after you win, you get 5 potions and 2 hi-life) Kelv: Ok we destroyed 2 Gu... Lothar: Ummm... (Kelv turns around, sees a revenant twice as big as the first one, battle ensues) Guardian #2: 1250, 10, 4, Poisons(-5 HP/turn) (After you win, you get 7 potions and 3 hi-life) Kelv: God i spoke too... Firebrand: Ermmm... (Kelv turns around again, sees a revenant thrice as big as the first one, battle ensues) Guardian #3: 1500, 11, 5, Poisons(-7.5 HP/turn) (After you win, you get 10 potions, a gleaming broadsword Atk + 10, and 5 hi-life) Kelv: Ok now I'm afraid to look behind me Hordric: Uhhh... Kelv: AGH NOT ANOTHER GUARDIAN Lothar: Even worse... this dungeon is CAVING IN!!!! (gate opens, and heroes run outside) Female Voice: Hi! Firebrand: Not you! Female Voice: Thanks for rescuing me! Hordric: Whoa who are you? Firebrand: Remeber? its Sylvannas Windrunner... Sylvannas: Man do I want some revenge on that damned king... Edit #3: New Characters: HP, MP, Atk, Def, Skills(MP Cost, effect) (at lvl 1) Lich: 54, 36, 2, 0, Frost Nova(7, Dmg all units for Matk 4) Ice Bolt(3, Matk 5) Firebrand: Me too, but how are we going to do that? Its a million to one! I know I'm skilled, but I cant take on a million people... Sylvannas: I know a friend that can help us! Hordric: Then what are we waiting for? (cinematic off) (The heroes have to travel thru Darhall Forest, all the way to the northwest) (cinematic) Male Voice: Why hello Sylvannas! And wow, is that you Myrana? I thought you were dead! Hordric: Ugh for crying out loud why wont people show themselves before talking? Its starting to get annoying... Myrana: Not you... Male Voice: Yes Myrana, its me Myrana: Ugh guys this is Baron Frostburn, The master Lich... Baron Frostburn: Well I see you've grown lots bigger since i last saw you... Hordric: Myrana how does this guy have any connection with you? Myrana: He was the best in our magic class... I was second... Baron: So anyways... What brings you here? Sylvannas: We must destroy the king of Sylvann Baron: Man I was waiting for some party to help me with that task... The only reason I learned magic in the first place was to kill that bastard after he banished me... Sylvannas: Ok! Lets go! (Heroes start going, but Myrana stays behind) Hordric: What are you waiting for Myrana? Myrana: I've decided I will once again train my magic... Hordric: But w... Lothar: Theres no point in arguing... She's chosen her path, and she wont change it... She was always stubborn... Kelv: Comon we have a king to kill! Baron: Agreed! (cineamtic end) (cinematic once you reach the gates of Dallharn) Captain of Arlegians: Sylvans! Release the king at once and leave this city, or we will have to do it by force! Captain of Sylvans: NEVER! WE SHALL NEVER SURRENDER!!! Captain of Arlegians: Men! TO BATTLE!!! Captain of Sylvans: Men! TO BATTLE!!! Firebrand (if you forgot that wuz the rouge): Wait... Thats the captain who threw me in jail! I will get my revenge Sylvannas: Whoa hold on there tiger, if we go into the fray they might think were the enemy! Firebrand: True... (suddenly they hear marching) Kelv: I'll go ch... Hordric: OH MY GOD ITS AN ARMY Baron: And those aren't Arelegian flags or any allies of their empire... Captain of Kelvans: We are the Kelvans! We have come to help the Sylvans! Baron: Looks like we have to deal with an army ourselves... (Battle Comences) Types of Soldiers: HP, Atk, Def, Special Militia: 40, 2, 1, takes 50% more from Magic Swordsman: 80, 3, 2, takes 50% more from Magic Captain: 120, 4, 3, takes 50% more from Magic Archer: 40, 3, 0, takes 25% more from meelee Ranger: 80, 4, 0, 5% crit takes 25% more from meelee Marksman: 120, 5, 0, 15% crit takes 25% more from meelee Knight: 200, 5, 4, turns into swordsman at 100 HP (You fight up to 6 soldiers at once, each time you get 3 potions) (after defeating 60 soldiers) Captain of Kelvans: ... Hordric: Give it up there is no chance of survival! Captain of Kelvans: ... (Battle commences Hordric vs. Captain) Captain: 500, 5, 4, Can heal for 50HP (Once you win you get a gleaming breastplate Def + 20) Kelv: Whoa close one Hordric: I got the captain Baron: Let see what happened at the castle Lothar: Agreed... (At the castle, they see thousands upon thousands of bodies, all heaped up into piles) ?: Urg... Hordric: That souded like me!!! Kelv: Oh no! Its the Arlegian captain!!! Hordric: Cast your spell then! Kelv: Whoa i almost forgot about that (Once captain revives) Captain of Arelegians: Quickly... You... Must... Kill... The... (He faints) Kelv: Uh oh hes gone... My spell doesnt seem to work... Hordric: Now how are we supposed to get in? Kelv: Whoa lookie here theres a tiny door... Firebrand: Its magically sealed... It can only be opened by the right key... Kelv: Hrmmm... Lothar: Wait remeber that key we got from that big giant purple bloby thingy? Kelv: Yea! It just might... (Door unlocks) Hordric: Cool we're in! Firebrand: Now who did he say we... Captain of Sylvans: Trespassers! You shall die! (Battle Comences) Captain of Sylvans: 750, 10, 5 (you have permission to say HOLY CRAP THATS A LOT), Can heal 150 HP (after you win you find a key, and a noble circlet) Female Voice: Aw man! I missed all the action? I was hoping to have some fun! Baron: You finished already? Female Voice: Yea! Thats how good of a student I am! Hordric: For the last time... IF YOU ARE GOING TO SAY SOMETHING SHOW YOURSELF FIRST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Female Voice: Calm down Hordric its Myrana Hordric: Oh... HP, MP, Atk, Def, Skills(MP cost, effect) (at level 1) New and improved Myrana: 65, 45, 2, 0, Lightning Storm(15, Damages all units for Matk 10) Chain Lightning(7, Hits up to 3 units for Matk 7) Lightning Bolt(3, Matk 4) (Note lightning moves do extra damage against ppl with metal armour) Well in the aftermath, a great peace came over the land. Hordric and Myrana became king and queen of Dallharn, Firebrand and Sylvannas settled their differences and became king and queen of Sylvannas whatever you call it, Frostburn became the master of his master's place, and Kelv became king of the Kelvans, and married one of the local women... But since when do peaces last? (cinematic) (you are in the forest, you see Kelv with a hunting party) Guard: Lord Kelv, we haven't seen a deer all day! Kelv: Ah be patient... (suddenly some bandits jump out) Bandit Lord: You humilliated my forces, took over my kingdom, and forced my brothers into exile! My brothers are still out there! You shall pay! (all the other bandits start waving their axes and spears and such...) HP, Atk, Def, Special (1) Bandit Lord: 1750, 15, 6, Can Divine Shield for 2 turns once (2) Bandit Enfocer (axe): 500, 12, 4, Can shadowmeld to avoid further attack for 1 turn (4) Bandit Spearthrower (ranged spear): 320, 12, 1, Poison (4 dmg/turn) (8) Bandit (axe): 50, 5, 2, Can shadowmeld ---------------------------- (3) Guard (Sword): 150, 10, 6, Can charge (3) Guard (Bow): 150, 13, 2, Poisons (3 dmg/turn) (1) Guard (Gun): 150, 20, 0, Bullets damage other unit if it does enough damage to kill (i. e. it did 50 dmg to 5 hp bandit, 45 dmg inflicted to next person) (after you win) Bandit Lord: Nooo!!! I shall... not... let... my... life... go... in... vain!!! (suddenly he takes out a dart and throws it at Kelv, and dies) (Kelv suddenly passes out) (At Dallharn Castle hospital) Hordric: Kelv! No! You can't die! We still have adventures we could do! Kelv: My... Time... Has... Come... Hordric... You must... Destroy... The... Nurse: Hordric, I'm sorry, but there was nothing we could do to save him... That poison was stronger than any other poison we have seen before... (Hordric looks thoughtful) (In Hordric's room) Hordric: Myrana, before Kelv died, he said "You must destroy the...", I'm wondering destroy the what? Myrana: I don't know... But lets see what we do know... Hordric: Hrmmm... We know that he was ambushed and killed in the forest while on a hunting trip... Wait... Lets ask the guards! Myrana: Great idea... (At the Kelvan castle) Hordric: Guard, do you know anything about who killed Hordric? Guard: I only remeber a bit... He said "You stole my kingdom, exiled my brothers, and something about his brothers again..." Hordric: Ok lets assess this situation... Stole my kingdom... Brothers... Oh my god, I think he was the former king of Kelvania! (thats how you call Kelvan in regular noun form) Myrana: That means... Hordirc: Yes...
