It'd be nice to have a fancy design for a tauren spirit walker hero, but if all you do is take the spirit walker and add a hero glow that is all that I need.

You could just download a glow model and attach it to the unit with triggers. It's faster solution than have to make a custom model, and also it will save you at least 100kb of space.
