Changing the Primary Attribute in-game

I am wondering if it is possible to change the primary attribute of a Hero using triggers or any method that has results while in-game. I know I can just do a partial-rig and add damage based on a certain attribute and remove damage based on the original attribute, but that would confuse users when they saw "Primary Attribute: Strength" when in reality it was agility.

For example:
Hero-A changes from Str to Int as primary attribute (using partial rig). The hero now gains damage from Int, and has the addition of damage from Str removed. The user places cursor over the stats, and it says "Primary Attribute: Strength". User gets more strength, and now wonders "WTF?! my damage is the same and i just got +9384 str!!!" furthermore, "why in teh $%^& do i gain damage with this gay $@# int item?!".

I would just like to prevent confusion from being the main factor of my map, rather than the battles.

My suggestion is to make multiple heroes for each attribute you want to change. They all have the exact same abilities and such. Then you add the ability, to change the primary attribute, and then just change the unit when you have clicked on the ability.(keeping all the previous stats of the old hero)

Yes the only thing to do is making 3 different heroes and switch them using the "Chaos" ability (the one that turns units keeping their properties like troll berserk or tank with AA
