Need some start help!

Hi,
Me and some friend's are going to make and RPG, we are basiclly all newbies in World Editor, I have learned some the last days, but still need to know something,

I want to know, how to make a building, where you put your peasant/wisp/whatever, near it, then you can choose hero's, I tried to make before, but i didn't manage to make it. So I would Appriciate if you would tell me how.

Secondary, Not really needed yet, but just incase, later in the RPG, When some Hero, find an elite item, I want the item to give, more damage, increase attack speed, and give's the CHARM or CLOUD(I think both effects are cool:P) effect, that attack's nearby units, but i don't know how to make the effect stay, and damage nearby units.. So This is all i need to know now, but I sure will come with more problems soon:P

Idk what you really mean with the first question but i knwo the answer for the second, First choose the ability you want ot urn into the item, then buff it to suit your needs then scroll down and find the option ability is an item, check the box. Then when you edit an item choose abilities and look for the ability you just turned into an item ability. Double click and done. then when you click the item ingame you will get the ability that you agve to the item. Or to edit the amount of damage or armor given as a bonus edit the item attack bonus, etc. Basically it's all just editing abilties and buffs.

If you explain the first question in a more understandable way i might be able to help with that.

For the first question, just put the the hero into the neutral building tavern. Go into the unit editor, select the folder called Neutral Passive, then select buildings, and you will see a tavern. Scroll down to the bottem of the tavern's stats and you will see Units Sold, or something along that line. Delete all the previous heroes, and add your own. Now when the whisp or whatever comes near it, you can purchase that unit.

Where do i change how much food i start with, I can't choose hero if i don't have any food:p

It didn't work. It says i have 1 food, but not 0/1... please explain what i've done wrong.

you may just use wood or lumer or create a building (or make it look like a tree ;) with (Unknow) Aloc abilty and don't show it on the minimap) on your map with Food Produced changes ( does not need to be a house ) BTW you don't start with any food, it the buldings that gives you it.

Hi Again,
In Object Editor, I Want To Change The Level To Over 100, On Some Hero, but it doesn't work, any idea of what i can do to change that?

In the top of the screen, go to Advanced-> Gameplay Constants. Then you will get a big list. Click the box thats says "Use custom gameplay constants". After that you find the "Hero" section of the list. The max level setting should be there. Change that from 10 to 100. If you did all this right, then it should work. I don't think the level of the hero is selected in the Object Editor...

I already changed that to 450 before... but I want to set the level to 450, on the last hero in my map, that you kills, he should be lvl 450, but how do i make him 450?

If you want to set the level of any hero, you just double-click him. Then select what level you want him to be at the start of the game.
