Thanks alot man, yah, on the picture of the creature, I was gonna add some dripping but the brown stuff is in marker and I dont have a gel pen or something like that so I just left it.
All the girls faces were done from photographs which I got off http://gallery.hairboutique.com/default.asp
They have a load of great photos of female and male faces.
Youre definatly right about the guy's face, now that I look at it I did mess up a bunch of the shadows. I appreciate the kind words.

That's a good link. I usually have trouble with coming up with hairstyles (as rare as the occasion does arrive that I am inclined to draw anything with a hairstyle on it), and this could help more than a little.

I think your last picture shows the most promise; it accomplishes the most despite seeming to not have taken as much effort as some of the others. They look a little overworked and unnecessarily scribbly in places. I'd be wary of the scribble technique as a means of rendering; I've not often had good results with it.

Keep it up though! Draw as much as you can and as often as you can. Experiment with as many different medias and techniques as you feel inclined.

Thanks alot ogre, I liked the last one too. Youre right about the sketchiness, I am trying to make these quick and show the form quickly but I guess I am making it a bit too quick huh? I just usualy spend like 15 minutes on each of these to practice placement and such.
No problemo candy and worm, the link helped me alot so im glad other people like it too.

Here is another couple portraits and some other sketchliness.
PS: I already fixed some problems with the sketches like nose sizes and stuff, but the whole laziness factor messes up my need to scan... But I would still appreciate crits on all of them.

I see you're improving. Now, for the next step I suggest you study the proportions of the face. For example, take the nose as a measuring unit and compare the face with the length of the nose. You'll notice, for example, that the face, from the chin to where the hair begins, is as long as aprox. 3 times the length og the nose.
