Guest | Well, I guess the title almost says it all. Does anybody know how the guy (True.Rus I think) decreased the loading time for Dota Allstars so substantially - 5.84c loads so much faster than 5.84b. I want to apply this to my map, cause at the moment, my map is taking for ages to load, especially as I acquire more variables and more custom objects. |

Although he may keep it a secret there has already need some discussion about it. Just search for it on the forums. I think it has something to be with moving and spliting up object data so that the game doesnt load the object data intill after the game starts. Oh and the number one way I would think to get around load times would be to not load ANYTHING at the loading stage. Do it all 0.01 seconds after the game starts. Well thats my 2 cents. good luck. |
