Just went through the fanart and i got a flashback, heh. Thought i recognized the art, and of course! who's is it? ert's. Grats man. And i just saw the post about the job thing and i didnt want to bring back a dead post, but grats on that too. Congratz Erwt and wormskull, its not bad because you tell its bad, i personnaly find thoses pictures good, there is a lot of technique in thoses, its not random lines to do a random drawing, btw check out some sites on Norman Rockwell, i think he will be your new idol |

As much as I can agree with worm here, I find the conversation to be turning tangential. I think the grey gradient in the background doesn't do the character justice. It takes a subtle hand to effectively mix b/w with color, and I think that other methods might have been more succesful here. I like the level of detail on here, and rendering looks quite solid. I think a wider range of colors couldn't have hurt this (even if only variations in the local colors), but then again I like it as it is. Good show. |

Just because its cartoonish anime style dosnt mean its a bad drawing. Those ones above are all very well done and are exceptional pieces of their art style. Now Pokemon, (or any other mon) is a good example of poorly drawn anime. |
