No there are no special tools to do that, any painting tool will work (fex Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro) First look under Advanced\Game Interface for the path of the skin you wanna change, then extract and convert this skin using the WC3 Viewer or the Image Extractor 2 (to TGA) to be able to edit the skin in the painting tool. |

It is the same as editing skins, just edit the files in the glues directory of interface or something like that. The easier way to get them would be with wc3 Image Extractor II |
