I looked around but couldnt find any topics relating to this, so i decided to make a thread about it. i am making a new hero called "dragoon", and the idea of the unit is that is has spells and abilities relating to dragons. i want to making one of those spells a non-ultimate spell where he turns into a dragon at will and can turn back at anytime. i started the custom ability by using the druid of the claw's morphing spell (bear form) and started editing tech requirements and whatnot. i changed it to a hero spell and changed it to 3 levels etc. etc. etc... i have the end morphing unit set to a custom dragon unit, but when i use the spell in-game heres what happens: i cast spell hero dies (nothing else happens!) hero resurrects AS the end-morph unit (dragon) 5 seconds later he changes back. how is this happening? am i going to have to use triggers? any help would be great, thanks in advance. |

The ultimate-ability the tinker uses to transform into the tank might work.. Just a suggestion. Just make it a regular ability. |

Morphing heroes to regular units and back may be bugged. When I last tried that, which was quite some time ago, I got very erratic results. |
