Not getting gold bounty

I gave certain units a gold bounty but I don't get the gold when I kill them. They are owned by an enemy computer, not neutral hostile. I think that might be the problem. But I've seen enemy computer units giving bounties in other maps. How do I set that up?

You have to turn the bounty on through triggers. It is in actions, Player- turn on flag something. I can't remember the exact loaction. Maybe someone else here can help you.
