[C++]Error message

Hi everyone,
I've written a small tool that converts a BMP-File into warcraft-terrain (.w3e), but there is a problem, a error message, if I run the tool. I don't now what is wrong, plz help me. If you find the bug, you will get a place in the credits. (VC++-Project)

you should release it somewhere else, like the editing tools forum, this place is supposed to be for program developers not for tool releasing,

Year I uploaded it by wc3sear.ch too... But the guys there need time to test my tool...

I don't recomend wc3search, because you can't update your tool once it is there.
