Ok i am having a problem!!!
For example i edited my model and i want to put him a sword.I import my sword, i select the sword putting in hes right hand and i save/export , when i view the model the sword is at hes feet not in hes hand!!!So what is the option that will atach to hes hand in 3dsmax?!?!

P.S.I tried the option atach(right click on the model) but it will atach the sword to the mesh ( and ruining both geosets from sword and the mesh).
So i want to atach the sword , but the sword steel to remaining an alone mesh.
Goth it?

This is a mdl editing issue. Here's a nice pack of tutorials for this:

just in case that didn't help you, the problem is that kmk's exporter just exports the vertex data and not the main object data, you surelly moved it by selecting the object and moved it without using sub-vertex. to fix that import your sword and move, scale or rotate it only selecting the vertex data. (means in vertex mode)
