Ok.. What I want to know is, how can you make it so you can't see threw trees. Like: This won't do, because of the blink spell, players can warp to area's they arn't suppose to be able to get to yet. How do I make it so you can't see threw trees in certain areas?? |

Well, you can add Line of Sight blockers in areas you don't want people to see past. A dense enough pack of trees will also be enough to block sight, but if you don't use that, then I think the best bet is to add line of sight blockers. |

That's what I initally thought 2, but I really don't see what the hell is the difference between line of sight blockers and trees. I compared data between the 2 and there is slight differences. Is there a way to select all the tree's on the map and change them into line of sight blockers, then change the model of the line of sight blockers to trees? If not, it will be a major pain in the ass to add in millions of line of sight blockers... |

Well, you can add line of sight blockers in specific areas where you don't want them to see, then make a bat with the model of a tree so you can place a no collision doodad... but just for appearances. There's probably a better way to do this though... |

Well, if you place line of sight blockers, you could probably get the same issue as well. Instead, keep the trees, and just shift-place sight blockers on top of the gaps between the trees (I know there is no actuall gap, but the sight-calculatig engine apparently finds one, so just place the blocker so that half of it is on top of one tree and the other half on the other tree). |

ok. I will experiment with this. |

Ok... This will take to long.. I think I will just take blink out of the map :o |

You could also make the places you dont want blinked to have denied movement access. |

Ok, well, would this mean that it is denied permantly in that area and how do you deny movement acces anyways? |
