How to Modify Item's Description or Item's Tooltip by Trigger ?

Anybody can tell me how to modify Item's Tooltip by trigger but not use Replace Item Action ?
I tried to find it but didn't see anything to to that !

Well, I never saw such a function, so I guess you'll have to use the Replace Item after all...

My project can not use Action - Replace Item.... Because it's a custom item. I want to modify some damage point or something else ! Use replace item mean ....... waste time waste time..........

No way at all, IF there was I would be really damn happy with an InVx that can change tooltips, easy item suffixes affixes, moe intuitive equipement options and a lot of stuff I can't do because blizzard didn't add a way to change this stuff!

grr ditto, i want sufixes/prefixes and stats listed in the item tooltip so i can do random items but alas i cannot, sigh

u can always send email to blizzard asking them to add it in the next patch.
