Need Help : Disable Scrolling by Arrow key

Is there a way to disable Scrolling by Arrow key ?

Is there a way to detect keyboard event beside arrow key ?

1) Yes, I've done this by locking the camera target to a unit via trigger. Probably other ways of doing this.

2) No, not unless you activate an ability in doing so. Except for escape, which trips the "player skips cinematic sequence" event.
